Important News for our Online Banking users!

Beginning April 6, 2015, your Image & Pass Phrase will no longer be displayed when you log in to Online Banking.

Security you can check:

Before entering your password or answering the Security Challenge, check your browser’s address bar. We’ve added an additional layer of security that shows if you are connected to a safe server. If your browser’s address bar is GREEN, your connection is safe. If it’s not GREEN, stop your log in process and contact us.

Enhanced Forgot Password Questions

Effective with the April 6th updates, when a user clicks on the "I Forgot My Password" link, they will be prompted to provide additional identifying information before their temporary password is sent to the email address on file.

Mobile Banking Users

Effective with the April 6th updates, all mobile banking users will need to change their password every six months (as required) by logging into personal online banking. Previously, mobile users were able to access mobile banking even though their personal online banking password had expired. However, for security reasons, all mobile users will need to log into personal online banking to update their password every six months going forward.
